Deep in the forest next to the cooling ponds of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor complex in Ukraine, the Emerald Summer Camp was a favorite place for young soviet pioneers to take a break. This photograph was taken in April 2017. Unfortunately, all of the buildings in the camp were destroyed by forest fires in April 2020.

This is an original hand made cyanotype print and is 15 x 20 cm in size, mounted in a 24 x 30 cm passepartout. I will make no more than 100 prints at this size. Each print is discreetly signed and numbered. The signature is covered by the passepartout.
