In 2011 Malta’s fleet of ancient buses were taken off the streets and replaced by shiny new ones, much more comfortable and fuel efficient but lacking the character of their predecessors. Many of the old buses were put into storage before being sold to museums and collectors. This print is part of a small series of images taken after the buses had been withdrawn from service.

This is an original hand made cyanotype print and is 15 x 20 cm in size, mounted in a 24 x 30 cm passepartout. I will make no more than 100 prints at this size. Each print is discreetly signed and numbered. The signature is covered by the passepartout.
